About Me
Lindsey Dies, MC, LPC
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor that predominately focuses on work with adolescents, young adults and their families or support systems. I have spent my career working with adolescents and families in both outpatient and residential therapy settings. I very much believe that each individual and family needs an individualized approach and treatment to facilitate change and healing. My goal is to establish a safe and supportive environment that allows each client and family to move forward in their therapeutic goals.
I have a passion for working with those coping with eating disorders, substance abuse, anxiety, depression and trauma. I utilize a strengths based and trauma informed approach to therapy that includes modalities of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
