Individual therapy is an opportunity to use self-reflection as a way to make meaningful progress and change. Providing a safe and supportive space to examine ourselves and the unhelpful patterns of our past, can allow for deep and impactful change to occur.

Family therapy can be a useful tool as a supplemental to individual therapy or on its own.

The support system and/or caregiver of an individual working towards recovery can be empowered with psychoeducation and tools to provide support.

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy is an effective intervention to assist families struggling with emotional and behavioral outbursts.
My Approach
My approach to therapy is to ultimately create a safe and accepting space that allows clients and families to explore their own experience and learn new and more adaptive ways to navigate their life.
